Nature of request
Bastard requests that Thomas Thornbury and the others who killed her husband, his son and Hadyngton (Thomas having admitted to slitting their throats) be attainted of the deaths following her appeal, and that and be executed as is ordained by law. Thomas Thornbury's grandfather had granted the manor of Little Monden to the Bastard's, and following a dispute over this between the Bastard's and Richard Thornbury, Thomas Thornbury and his companions had first come to the manor and done much damage and carried goods away, but not being satisfied with this killed her husband.
