[The petition is missing most of its lower third].Bloxham requests remedy as Thomas de Beaufoo and others who were of the allegiance of Mortimer came to Barford St John destroyed his house and took his goods, and then pursued his bailiff to Barford St Michael and assaulted his men and damaged his houses.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of oyer and terminer by fine because the trespass is so immense.
