[The petition is very badly damaged, and insufficient is left to reconstruct the full sense of the petition]Bilburgh requests . . . in Bouthum in the king's presence . . .and he was adjudged to prison . . . out of prison without making compensation for the damages . . .

Let it be ordered to the steward and marshal that if it is so, then they should recapture John and return him to prison until he has made compensation for the damages.
