1) Brewose requests that he may enfeoff le Moigne with the castle of Bramber and all his lands in Sussex and Surrey, and that le Moigne may regrant them to him for his life, and after his death they should remain to Mowbray and his wife.2) He requests that he may enfeoff le Moigne with his lands in Gower in the form . . . written.3) He requests that Mowbray may enfeoff him for the term of his life with all the lands which Lestrange holds for his life by the courtesy of England in Bedfordshire; Buckinghamshire and Kent.
