- Burton and Hacun request remedy as the remainder of the silver due to them from King Philip has not been paid to them despite the king's letters to him. Leaving Flanders because of the war between King Louis and the people of Flanders their cargo of silver plate was seized at Calais and following an inquisition into the matter part of the silver was restored.
