Nature of request
The Barshams request that they are aided in the recovery of a debt by the rolls wherein a recognisance concerning the debt is contained. Gloucester is bound in a sum of £20 which he received from John, Christiana and Emma's father for their advancement to be paid at a term now passed, but the recognizance for the same has been lost.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ to bring the record of the recognizance into Chancery, and let justice be done.
