Berkeley requests a remedy in accordance with an inquisition lately returned concerning his and others rights in certain hundreds. The earl of Gloucester and his father had withdrawn suitors from his hundred and usurped other rights but surrendered them into the king's hand when a quo warranto showed that he had no warrant for the same.
