The commons request remedy as Maldone and Kelmeresford were assigned to collect certain sums of money to the use of the king to arm people in the king's service, but they have embezzled some of the money they have collected.
Nature of endorsement
Let a writ be made to summon Maldone and Kelmeresford before the king at a certain day to answer to the king and to the people of the vill concerning the things contained in the petition.
