Nature of request
The people request an inquisition and that they are restored to their common of which they were seised for all manner of beasts in a wood called Calder until they were ousted by Toterho.1)
Nature of endorsement
Coram toto consilio.2) It is ordered by writ of Chancery to the Escheator beyond the Trent that he should enquire of the contents in the petition and certify the king etc.
