Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition refers to the fire occurring on the eve of Easter in 13 Henry VI (1435). It must have been presented to the parliament held at Westminster in October-December of that year, since a complete exemption for Andover was included in the fifteenth and tenth granted by that Parliament.
