A bill in Eyre. William ate Mulne of Elmhurst states that, as the result of a case in the last eyre of Staffordshire, in the King's twenty-first year, in which Thomas de Lidinton vouched him to warranty, concerning an acre of land which William had sold his brother, which case Thomas lost, Thomas knocked his house down and sold the wood. He requests a remedy.
