- The Justiciar of Wales is to be ordered to have the land valued, and if he finds that the [value] does not exceed the value of 20s. annually, then he is to have it delivered to the said William for term of his life, paying the valuation in Chancery. And he is to have his charter.

- CPR 1330-4 p.233 is dated 5 January 1332, and is clearly the result of this petition. The writ to hold the valuation of the land (SC 8/89/4448) is dated 15 November, 5 Edward III [1331].
