John de Actone states that the King, of his special grace, was prepared to grant him his peace and his lands, for a redemption made at Nottingham, and asks that he might put this grant into execution.

This petition might date to c. 1327, as the petitioner's name appears among supporters of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, granted their lands back in that year (Rot. Parl., vol. II p.420b), but it might also be from the reign of Edward II.
