- The petitioners have been imprisoned at the suit of William Garlaund, concerning a debt, of which they say that they have paid part, and have no means of paying the rest from his goods, unless they are paid the debts that are owed him. They ask to be released from prison on good mainprise, and that they might have a writ to the Mayor and Sheriffs of London, for them to levy the debts that they can reasonably show to be due to William de Bosco.
