Agatha [called 'the same Agatha': this is clearly the second (or later) petition from this petitioner] requests a writ to the sheriff of Nottinghamshire, of entry into a messuage in West Burton, upon Geoffrey Fitz Hugh of West Burton [or Geoffrey, son of Hugh de Burton], as Geoffrey had no entry into it except through Agatha's husband, Thomas Fitz Robert of Sturton [or Thomas, son of Robert de Stretton], whom she could not contradict while he was alive.
