- Peter de Artigalung states that the Mayor and Bailiffs of Bayonne have seized his goods and merchandise because he and other merchants of Bayonne sued against William de Saut in England concerning goods belonging to Spaniards which, at the suit of Peter and his companions, have now been adjudged to be the King's. He asks that they might be ordered to release these goods, if they were seized for that reason and for no other.
