Nature of request
Simon Abraham, citizen and girdler of London, states that because John Inglissh, parker of Wendover and servant of Alice Perers, took one John Inglissh, his apprentice and servant, out of his service by force, he was outlawed in London, and, because he lived in Wendover, Simon sued various writs of capias utlagatum to John de Broghton, then Sheriff of Buckinghamshire: but because of the menaces of Alice Perers, he did not dare to put them into execution, as Simon is ready to prove. He requests a remedy from the council.
