The tenants of Edmund de Wodestoke of the manor of Andover state that they have been expelled from their common rights by William de Cleydon, lieutenant of Aymer de Valence, and request a remedy.
Nature of endorsement
It is to be shown to the Earl of Pembroke and to W. de Cleydon, and they are to advise the King on it.

Note
This petition would seem to date from before the creation of Edmund of Woodstock as Earl of Kent in July 1321. A note at the start of this file, dated 5 May 1932, states that 'Nos. 4351-4364 are copied in R. C. Transcripts I. 156, and appear to form part of an original file of petitions to the parliament of Michaelmas 1320'. This petition is therefore tentatively dated to 1320.
