Nature of request
Amaneu de Curton states that he has the upbringing of Raymond de Cantenaco (Cantenac), his step-son, and that he has been informed that Arnaud Guillaume Ruffi has seized certain possessions of Raymond's. On Raymond's behalf he asks the king to order his Castellan of Bourg to put him and Raymond back in possession of these possessions, against Arnaud and all others, and to keep and defend them in this possession, as they are prepared to stand to right against anyone claiming against them on this.
Nature of endorsement
The Lieutenant will be ordered that, when he has called the parties, if he finds what is contained in the petition to be the case, and no other reason prevents it, he is to be put in possession.
