Coue requests remedy as Trevysa, and Poleyn who maintained him came to the church of Westbury and ejected him from his stall and placed Barrak in it, took his servants and imprisoned them, and held the prebend by force, and nothing could be done on this because of Poleyn's power whereby the petitioner is greatly damaged.
