Frampton on Severn, Gloucestershire
Hanham, [Gloucestershire].

Note
The petition is dated to 1389 as a note of the guard of SC 8/148/7355 indicates that this petition was formerly attached to it and SC 8/84/4193, and both 7355 and 4193 are conclusively dated to 1389. The dating of this petition to 1401 on the guard appears to be erroneous.
