Nature of request
The petitioners request that Hankeford be ordered to bring the record and process and all other things concerning an assize of novel disseisin between Burgh and others, and them into parliament and justice be done to them because in the record of the assize taken between Burgh and others and the petitioners . . . to their great damage.

The petitioners should prosecute a writ of error returnable at the next parliament if it seems suitable to them.
