The burgesses request that the counties and sessions are held in the town of Cardigan as the burgesses of Carmarthen approached de la Pole when he was chancellor and received a grant that the counties and sessions of Cardiganshire should be held at Carmarthen as well as those for Carmarthenshire, and this is to the great damage of Cardigan and the surrounding country.
