The prior and convent request writs to Crecy and many others to be before the duke and council at a certain day and to receive punishment at their discretion, and the prior and convent to have remedy and amends of the harm that they did to the prior and convent when they came armed with many others destroying their closes and ditches, a grange and houses at Farworth at a place called Northland
