- Estrikland requests that John de Strickland be forfeited of the manor of Strickland, and that he is able to be received to his right as William and Elizabeth Strickland were jointly enfeoffed of the manor, but William gave the manor to John de Strickland against the form of the entail on William and Elizabeth, and he requests that for his losses in the king's service he be granted the delivery of his brother and of the manor.
