Nature of request
Heyrlyn requests that as he is a free man and has part of a mill, that he and his tenants are not distrained to make suit at the king's mill against the statute of Kennington.
Nature of endorsement
Let the justice be ordered to inform himself if the petitioner has part of a mill or not, and if he and his tenants ought to be quit of suit by the usages etc. and for how much time his tenants have made suit to the king's mill, and the reason, and of other articles etc. and certify etc. and advise the king of this so that he can do what ought to be done.
