It is not clear from the petition whether the people named for the various ports are the collectors they want replaced, or the ones that they want them replaced with. If it is the latter, then the petition dates to 1320 as they were appointed collectors on 22 November 1320 (CFR 1319-27, p.40). If it is the former then the petition may be a little later. The date of 1320 fits with most of the other petitions in this file.
