Nature of request
The burgesses request a writ to the justices assigned to Yorkshire as they will not allow their franchise for a writ of novel disseisin before them, though the burgesses have charters and confirmations that they should not plead or be pleaded outside of the borough.
Nature of endorsement
They should show their charters in Chancery, and have a writ to the justices to allow their liberty according to the form of the charter.
