- Kynbauton requests that the sheriffs and coroner of London be ordered to hold an assize of fresh force which Kynbauton had sued against Braundeston for a meesuage in London, and which had been delayed on several occasions, and the messuage taken into the king's hand because of a debt owed by Segrave, though he had no estate in the messuage.
- Nature of endorsement
- It is ordered to the sheriff and coronors that they should proceed to the taking of the assize and do anything else touching this business so that the king need not direct another order to them upon this notwithstanding any order to them to the contrary. They should not proceed to judgement without consulting the king.
