Horseye and his companions request that the justices be ordered to surcease in the plea before them so that they are not destroyed nor outlawed by the false plea of Tessandre and his companions, as a fleet under the command of Buteturte captured a boat of Bayonne charged with wine for the Scots off of the coast of Aberdeen, and the wine was divided amongst the fleet for its sustenance.
