Nature of request
Haldenby requests grace and remedy and that those who killed her servant and broke into her house in Thrapston be taken and attached and kept in prison until judged as she sued for two years and has not been able to have remedy and she now dare not sue as the malefactors have been released from prison.
Nature of endorsement
Let the justices be urged by a writ of Chancery that they are to hold the suit of Haldenby quickly so that reason can be done to her, and that the malefactors are taken, and let them be kept and they are not to be allowed to go at large.
