Aldenby requests that Scrope and other justices be assigned by writ of oyer and terminer in that her tongue has been cut out and her eyes put out by people of power, and she requests that because they are people of power, Audley be commanded to attach them and deliver them to the Marshalsea.[On dorse, a list of those responsible].
Nature of endorsement
[On face].It is to be answered to the earl of Lancaster for the soul of his father Edmund.[On dorse].It is attested that she has a writ of oyer and terminer by order of the king, and attachment upon all the malefactors according to the form of the petition by the king's special grace.
