- The petitioners request that a writ is ordered to the justices to make an execution of the judgement awarded concerning a tenement in Coombe which is a parcel of the manor since the messuage is not in the king's seisin as the return to an earlier writ supposed. The petitioners had brought a plea of novel disseisin against Bole, but execution of judgement had been delayed.
