Nature of request
The petitioners request that a writ is ordered to the justices to make an execution of the judgement awarded concerning a tenement in Coombe which is a parcel of the manor since the messuage is not in the king's seisin as the return to an earlier writ supposed. The petition clearly postdates the writ, a copy of which was sewn to the petition, which dates to 18 April 1320. It is unlikely to be too much later so a date of c. 1320 has been adopted.
