The tenement in consideration whereof the assize was arraigned and taken was parcel of the manor of Coombe of which manor Neville died seised in his demesne as of fee; and after the assize was arraigned the manor, which was not held of the king in chief, was seized into the king's hand because of other lands held in chief by Neville just as was shown by the assize before the king.
