St Albin requests amendment and remedy so that the house is not permanently damaged and disinherited as St Albin's predecessor as prior, Ronceiville, who was removed by the abbot of Bec Hellouin, came to the house with Walsh taking the goods of the priory, and taking the seal of the house and making several charters, releases, quitclaims and bonds of various lands and tenements, pensions etc. of the house, and they are without redress.

Justices are assigned in Chancery as shall seem fit to the chancellor to enquire upon the contents in the petition, and to hear and determine the trespass both for the king and for the party.
