The older people request that the keeping of the town be put into the hands of others to oust the evil alliance of the young people who have attracted some of the rich, foolish and poor people to them and have prevented the good government of the town, intimidating the good people and the king's bailiffs.

To this petition just as to those similar ones, the king has ordained certain justices to ordain a remedy in common.
