Nature of request
Brightmerston requests remedy as her husband was arraigned of certain robberies and felonies, and died without being attainted, and his goods and chattels were seized into the king's hand and were delivered to Ward, Kydewyne and Lilbon. She further requests livery of the chattels by mainprise, and that she be able to be adjudged in parliament.
Nature of endorsement
She should sue to bring the record of the business before the justices upon the contents in the petition residing in Chancery, and the chancellor should call those from his council whom he wishes to call, and he should make enquiry upon the contents and do full justice.
