Nature of request
The Uptons request that a remedy be ordained as they purchased the manor of Crequer from Berwick who had purchased it from Gymmynges, and these are not held from the king in chief, and they held them until they were taken into the king's hand by the escheator, and despite suing for a writ of si sit ad damnum they have been unable to have redress.
Nature of endorsement
He should come into Chancery and he should have a writ of si sit ad damnum.
