Description

Submits copies of four addresses, passed by the House of Assembly, to the Lieutenant Governor; subjects are appointments of the Harbour Master and Postmaster as Revenue Officers; Public Treasurer duties; Provisions of Act No. 427; and importation of spirits; shows relations between the Assembly and the Executive, which according to Rawson all imply distrust or animosity.Rawson William Rawson, Governor of Windward Islands, Grenada No. 82, Folios 209 - 226.
