Copies of fifteen messages which Freeling sent to the House of Assembly on the meeting of the Legislature on 18 October; addresses from House of Assembly; subjects in messages include Bill for compulsory vaccinations to prevent epidemics such as the small pox outbreak in Trinidad; medical aid; report from the Inspector of Schools, and Board of Guardians for the Poor.Sanford Freeling, Lieutenant Governor of Grenada, forwarded by Rawson William Rawson, Governor of Windward Islands, Grenada No. 72, Folios 101 - 131.
