Holdernesse to Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick: all the English troops bound for the army have sailed, with the exception of Campbell's Dragoons, and should have arrived at Emden. Campbell's have embarked and will sail when the wind permits. The king has ordered the duke of Marlborough not to wait for them. The fleet under Howe with troops under General Bligh has sailed.
