Description

Refers to Colonial Office informing him that Sir Benjamin C. C. Pine had got permission to go to England on leave of absence as soon as the Resolutions for the Federation of the Leeward Islands had been passed by all the local legislatures and that a Commission appointing Mundy to administer the Government of the Leeward Islands had been forwarded to Antigua.
