Sussex: Hastings. Three plans of lands by the promenade, at a scale of 1 inch to 40 feet. (27) Shows roads, acreage, buildings, land conveyed to the London and Brighton and South Coast Railway Company. Also shows roads, tunnels, and acreage. Compass indicator. (28) Plan of proposed houses and pleasure ground to be made from lands shown on (27). With section on same sheet. (29) Plan of proposed lots showing numbered plots belonging to Patrick Francis Robertson. (27) and (28) (Signed) by Charles Frederick Reeks, architect; (29) (signed) by Philip Barnes, 30 March 1850. All endorsed: 'Leases'. The enrolled deeds to which these plans relate are in LRRO 13/75 folios 21 and 33.
