Middlesex: Highbury (now in the London Boroughs of Islington and Hackney). Plan of an estate for sale called 'Little St John's Wood' in the area west of Blackstock Lane near Finsbury Park. (62) List of purchasers of parcels of land shown on (63), giving enrolment book and folio numbers. (63) Manuscript plan showing the estate divided into parcels; also shows acreage and adjacent occupiers. (64) and (65) Two printed plans each entitled 'A Freehold Estate called Little St. John's Wood belonging to His Majesty. For sale by E. and G. N. Driver. 1836', with names of buyers added to each plot in pencil on (64). Printed by Shuttleworth. Endorsed: 'Lib. 1 Sales'. The enrolled deeds to which these plans relate are in LRRO 13/86 folios 192-199; 201 and 244.
