Northamptonshire. 'A Plan of the Forest of Whittlewood in the County of Northampton Surveyed by Order of the Commissioners of the Land Revenue appointed by Act of Parliament 26 th George 3 rd Laid down from a Scale of Ten Chains to an Inch by Richard Davis 1787'. Title surmounted by crown. Map shows field and copse names, and names of adjacent owners. Reference table to colours used for boundaries of parishes in Wakefield Walk. Scale: 1 inch to about 19 chains. Compass indicator. Presented to Parliament 12 June 1791. Folded, in a case. This appears to be a slightly later copy of the same map copied in MPZ 1/6/6.
