Returns warrant for the appointment of Mr. Webster to a seat in the Council of Grenada, not valid due to error of his first name which is David, not Daniel; asks to appoint Reverend R. J. Berkeley to the Council, although recognises objections to introducing a member of the Clergy to a body whose functions are legislative and executive.
