Colonel Thomas Brudenell to Holdernesse: Prince Ferdinand has sent a cavalry major and a commissary to take care of the cavalry's subsistence and quarters. They have fixed on 'Hartsum' on the Ems as the point of disembarkation, although Brudenell is doubtful whether there is sufficient depth. Dated at Emden. ff. 27, 28
