Reports that further deliberation concerning adapting the 'Colonial Prisoners Removal Act, 1869' would be held during the next legislative session. Explained that although the House of Assembly was enthusiastic about sending local prisoners to other colonies, both Canada and British Guiana would not accept convicts from Bermuda.
