Forwards a statement of the cost of providing for military and naval prisoners who have been sent to island's prisons by court martial. Requests that the government be relieved of such costs. Prisoners listed in the statement are: from the 61st regiment - William Thompson, James Barry, George H Shan, Robert Ewings, Richard Mason, Edward Neild, Charles Collins, Henry Ship, John Williams, and Benjamin Perry; from the 15th regiment - Timothy Brazell, Cornelius McAuliffe, Samuel Turner, and Edward Whelan; from the Royal Engineers - Edward Peter, Inigo Evans, and David Hill; and from the Royal Artillery - Martin Delaney.
