R Irvine to Holdernesse: he took down Holdernesse's instructions on retiring, and reiterates them to avoid misunderstanding. The 'person' will produce his name and all the correspondence between him and the French ministry, the whole plan of invasion and the means to make it abortive for £20,000. He encloses the duc de Choiseul's first letter to him. Dated at Flushing. ff. 194, 195
